Besides my family, my greatest love in life is books. Reading them, writing them, holding them, smelling them…well, you get the idea. I’ve always loved to read, and some of my earliest childhood memories are me, tucked away in my room, lost in a good book. I received a five dollar allowance each week, and I always — always — spent it on books. My love affair with writing started early, but it mostly involved journaling and writing silly poems. Several years ago, I didn’t have a book to read so I decided on a whim to write my own story, something I’d like to read. It turned out to be harder than I thought, but from that point on I was hooked. My first and second books were released by Sarah Book Publishing: This Is Not About Love and Grayson’s Ridge. I’m a total genre-hopper. Basically, I like to write what I like to read: a little bit of everything! Thank you for choosing to read my book. I am a wife and stay at home mom to two wonderful children. My family is my world and one of the reasons I started writing was so I could be home for them. I was born in raised in Massachusetts where I still live today with my amazing family.

As a child and young adult I was never a big reader and I think it was because I never found a genre or a series I really enjoyed. After having my son fell in love with Contemporary Romance and I have built up quite the collection since then. As I started to read more, I started to notice things I really enjoyed in a book and things I didn’t and realizing what I didn’t enjoy really made me want to write more.

I literally woke up one morning and started writing. I was bored and unhappy with what I was doing in life and since I had an idea in mind for the start of a book, I sat down and went for it. I realized that if there was ever a time for me to do it, it was now, because my hours at work were slow and the kids were off enjoying their friends for summer vacation.

I finished the first book in two weeks and decided that I really enjoyed writing, so I kept going. I already had an idea in mind for a book two and three, so I kept writing and that is how the Learning to Love Series was born. Somewhere along the lines one of my Beta readers convinced me that Michael needed a story to so I added the fourth and final book. I hope you enjoy my books as much as I have enjoyed writing them.

I am so glad I started this writing journey and I hope you will stay with me for the ride. I will definitely be writing more in the future. Chasing Dreams is one of my favorites and is my first stand alone, but stay tuned for the next book to come!
